Our products are carefully formulated and extensively tested on ourselves, and our family and friends before we release them to our customers. We are confident that you will fall in love with the qualities of our products, just like we have. If however, you decide that something isn’t right about your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to remedy it as soon as possible.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping is not refundable except in special consideration or circumstance.
Refused, unable to forward or undeliverable as addressed packages returned to us will receive a full refund less the shipping. Please email us beforehand and we will deal with refunds on a case by case basis.
How to return the purchased items?
All returns require a returns authorization number (RAN) which will be provided by customer service team. To obtain a return authorization number please contact customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon approval, our support team will issue you a RAN# by email. You must mark the return package with the RAN # clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without a RAN# clearly visible will be rejected by our returns processing center.
